Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it without any charges. If an order is cancelled after 15 minutes, TheFutureIsOpen reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, as your order may already be in preparation or dispatched.

Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders

If you receive an order that is incorrect or not up to our high standards, please contact us immediately at +39 06 6994 1234. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund or a replacement order. To facilitate this process, please provide details about your order and what was unsatisfactory. Photographic evidence may be required.

Non-Delivery

In the unlikely event that your order never arrives, please notify us as soon as possible. If our delivery service confirms non-delivery, you will be offered a full refund in € to your original payment method or the option to have the order re-delivered at no additional cost.

Quality Concerns

At TheFutureIsOpen, we strive to deliver pizzas of the highest quality. However, if your order arrives in a poor condition or fails to meet quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. You may need to keep the item as received for a return pickup arrangement.

Refund Processing

All refund requests are processed within 7 working days of receiving the request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.
